Cancellation Policy
At Royalties Towing & Recovery, we understand that unexpected events can occur, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We value our customers' time and strive to provide the best service possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your towing appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and provide our services to other customers in need. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, we may charge a $25 cancellation fee to cover our expenses. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we understand that cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary on short notice. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment time without imposing a cancellation fee.
